NRCA Pro Certification

The NRCA ProCertification exams are designed to validate the knowledge and skills of roofing professionals. NRCA’s ProCertification exam program sets the industry standard for roofers, providing assurance to customers that they can trust in the NRCA ProCertified® professionals they choose to hire.

The NRCA ProCertification exam is comprised of two parts: a written exam and a practical exam. The written exam consists of questions on material commonly found in NRCA Professional Roofing Manuals, including topics such as waterproofing, flashing, sheet metal, and NRCA’s Standards of Practice. The practical exam requires participants to demonstrate their knowledge by performing tasks such as installing a valley flashing, fabricating sheet metal components, and applying NRCA approved materials.
